'Celebrating the Chefs'
April Couples Gourmet is here and it is the men's turn to prepare the meal!
This month our featured chef is Emeril Lagasse. Emeril is an American celebrity chef, restauranteur, television personality, and cookbook author. He is perhaps most notable for his Food Network shows Emeril Live and Essence of Emeril as well as catchphrases such as "kick it up a notch" and "BAM!" He is a 1978 graduate of Johnson & Wales University's College of Culinary Arts.
May 10th will be our closing group dinner at the lovely home of Dana and Ken Stokes. An evite will be sent to all shortly. Once you respond to the evite we will forward you a recipe for the evening. We hope you enjoyed this year's Gourmet Club and welcome any comments to provide improvements for next year. Feel free to email comments to me - we will also have a questionnaire at the May 10th dinner.

- Regular members participate in all seven parties and receive all recipes.
- Substitutes attend opening and closing buffets, receive all recipes, and are “on-call” to fill-in if/when needed.
- The cost is $30.00 per couple.
