entire body. Participants will also improve posture
and flexibility by
focusing on the body as a unit.
All fitness levels welcome!

Instructor: Kerri Romagnoli has been a certified fitness instructor for over 6 years. She teaches at many gyms in the Morris County area. She has experience in working with all levels, including children and Seniors .
