A living room in the Arts and Crafts style with paneled wainscoting and a hand plastered and open timbered ceiling. It has a vari-colored slate floor and a fireplace with a carved wooden mantel. An eight light open ring chandelier hangs in the center. The room is furnished as a studio with easel and four miniature paintings, and contains:

  • Buffet base,
  • Desk,
  • Dresser with miniature books,
  • Table,
  • Two stools covered in velvet,
  • A settee with velvet cushions,
  • Four chairs,
  • Two floor lamps,
  • Two table lamps,
  • Andirons and coal scuttle,
  • Pair of candlesticks,
  • Seven miniature vases and figurines.

A large set of windows and French doors looks out on a painted and arranged garden diorama and an arch at left opens on a hall with a refectory table on which stand some miniature books and a pewter cup.
