Mountain Lakes Library
2009 Summer Reading Program

“BE CREATIVE @ YOUR LIBRARY”

This summer we will explore the world of art, science and nature.

Our guest visitors will help to expand our horizons.

The popular Andrew Piccirillo will open the season with science experiments put to a story.

Other programs will include: The Lizard Guys, Movie magic - science behind the special effects in movies, Martial Arts class,
Cartoonist Gene Myers, a visit by Canine Charlie from
Noah’s
Ark, and a juggling workshop.

The little ones will see a puppet show, visit with Charlie the dog,
read stories and make crafts.

Special evening - On Tuesday, July 21 at 6:00pm

All-American Dinosaur Show

Field paleontologists, Mike & Roberta Straka will take the audience on an amazing journey back in time with the All-American Dinosaur Show.  Combining fossils they have discovered with music, puppets, show-and-tell, and a touch of magic, the couple will make dinosaurs come to life.  Open to all residents ($2.00 donation).
