To download eBooks, go to Digital Library NJ

1. Login to your account with your card number.

2. Click on Advance Search.  You will be sent to the Advance Search screen.

3. In the Format: field select [Kindle Books].  You can either search for all, or just the books with copies available, by clicking the small box above the Search button.  Click on the [Search].

4. In our example we chose to show only the Kindle books with available copies in the system.  Your search results will come up in a new window. 

Select the book you would like to download to your Kindle.  In this example you will notice that there are 5 copies of "The Girl Who Played with Fire" available.  Note that there is a Kindle icon in the grey box.  Select add to cart to the right of the book.

5. Once you have added the book to your cart, a confirmation screen will be displayed.  Click on either Continue Browsing to select additional books OR Proceed to Checkout to complete the transaction.

6. On the Checkout screen, you may be able to select an extended Lending period.  Proceed to [Confirm Check Out].

7. Select the [Get for Kindle] button.  You will be directed to the Amazon.com site where you will be able to download the book to your device the next time it syncs.  Please note that it will be delivered over wifi not 3G.

8. Select [Get Library Book].  You will be directed to sign into your Amazon.com account or open one.

9. Once signed in, you will be asked to choose your Kindle or iPad with Kindle software.  Select [Continue].  You will be directed to a screen message that thanks you and confirms your download.
