4. Luellen House

The Luellen House was the first house occupied in Mountain Lakes with its residents moving in on March 17, 1911. The earliest church services in Mountain Lakes were held in their garage. Lawrence Luellen, the inventor of the Lily Paper Cup, once occupied the house with his family.
To Site 5: The Mountain Lakes Club
Follow Dartmouth Road back the way you came and at the four-way intersection continue straight on Lake Drive. The Mountain Lakes Club is located behind the tennis courts visible from the road.
