The Borough is continuing the housing rehabilitation program, initiated in 1997. The objective of this program is to provide financial assistance to eligible homeowners to allow rehabilitation of local housing and to abate code violations. Homeowners may apply, for no-interest loans to make repairs to their residences and/or renter-occupied properties. No-interest loans are offered for terms of 6-15 years, with a quarterly repayment schedule. Grant subsidy may be available for hardship cases.

  2. Do you own and live in the house to be rehabilitated?
  3. Do you fall within the income limits described in this brochure?
