No person shall throw or deposit litter (including yard clippings, leaves, and brush) in any fountain, pond, lake, stream, bay or any other body of water in a park or elsewhere within the Borough.

No person shall throw or deposit litter, leaves, brush, or backyard waste of any kind on any Borough-owned vacant property, or privately owned vacant property. This ordinance doesn’t preclude any person from composting of leaves, brush, or yard waste of any kind on his or her property.

All brush, hedges, and other plants growing within 10ft. of a roadway and within 25ft. of an intersection must be kept to a height of not more than 2 ˝ feet, where the Borough Manager deems it necessary for public safety.
