Absent:  Ellen Emr, Stephen Shaw and Mark Cohen

 

 

The second draft of the Committee’s “Report to Council” was reviewed and discussed.  Minor changes were suggested and made by consensus, and, the Report, as amended, was approved for printing and distribution.

 

The distribution list would include every member of the Borough Council, every member of the Committee, the Borough Clerk, the Borough Attorney and members of the Press.  Extra copies would be made for members of the public and be available at the Council Meeting. 

 

The Committee thanked Richard for preparing the Report.  The meeting adjourned at 12:30 PM.
