If you had a boat rack/ring last year and you wish to keep it this year, you must renew it by March 31^st.  If you want to change to another number or if you did not have a rack/ring last year and want to rent one this year, you can do so beginning on Monday, April 3, 2006.  There is no form required. You simply go to Borough Hall and sign up.  The Borough Offices open at 8:30 A.M.  Racks or rings will not be rented for any unregistered boats.  The current registration stickers are red and white.  If you do not have one, or if it is another color, you must register the boat at the Police Department (for a fee of $5.00 per boat) before coming to the Borough Offices to rent a rack or ring.  The fee for the rental is $25.00 per rack or ring.  Only 1 rack and 1 ring per household.
